Always tighten to the manufacturer's specification — over-tightening is the single most common cause of premature failure.

In-stock orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Anything ordered after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, goes out the next business day. If an item isn't in stock we'll be in touch with a realistic lead time rather than leave you guessing.

We ship Australia-wide and freight larger or heavier items on the most sensible carrier for the job. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 1–3 business days; regional and remote areas take longer. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

This product is a favourite with mining, construction and concrete repair/maintenance companies. In particular the tool is used with excellent results in the repair and maintenance of bowls on concrete trucks, because it has the power "to get the job done".
We promote this tool with a solid spring retainer system as we have found over the past 37 years that this retainer system provides some anti-vibration benefits, lasts longer and is much cheaper to replace than other retainer systems on the market.
The tool has replaceable front head bushings, and this feature ensures the owner/operator of a longer service life, making sure you get full benefit out of this tool.
