These terms apply to your use of this website and to goods and services you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. **Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.** Where any part of
these terms would do so, that part does not apply.
Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability for a failure to comply with a
consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods,
repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it, which we do by dispatching the goods or confirming acceptance in writing — not automatically on payment.
We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full, where:
- the item is no longer available or was listed in error;
- the price or description was materially incorrect;
- we cannot verify the delivery address or payment; or
- supply would breach a manufacturer agreement, export control or safety obligation.
3. Pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, including GST.
Prices shown do not include freight unless expressly stated. Freight is calculated at checkout or quoted separately for oversized items and dangerous goods.
Some products are shown as POA/price on application. A quoted price is valid for *30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote, and may be withdrawn or amended before acceptance where manufacturer pricing, exchange rates or freight costs change materially.
We correct pricing errors when we find them. Where an order has been placed at an incorrect price we will contact you before proceeding and we will provide you with a refund for your order.
4. Trade accounts and credit
Trade account pricing applies only to the account holder and only while the account is in good standing. Account pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
Credit terms, where granted, are subject to a separate credit application and approval. Credit accounts each hold separate terms, conditions and other components.
We may suspend or withdraw credit, or place an account on hold, where payment is overdue.
5. Product information and suitability
We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications. Images are
illustrative; packaging, finish and minor specification may change without notice.
We are glad to advise on selection, and we do so in good faith based on the information you give us. You remain responsible for confirming a product is suitable for your application, site conditions and regulatory obligations before use. Where the application is critical — lifting, pressure, confined space, explosive atmosphere — tell us, and confirm the specification in writing.
6. Safe use, installation and training
Much of what we sell is industrial equipment capable of causing serious injury if misused. You are responsible for:
- using equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;
- ensuring operators are trained and competent;
- providing and using appropriate personal protective equipment; and
- complying with all applicable work health and safety obligations.
Lifting equipment must be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable standards. Do not exceed rated capacity.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection where you collect. Title in the goods does not pass until payment is received in full.
Where you have a credit account, you grant us a purchase money security interest in the goods supplied, and consent to us registering it on the Personal Property Securities Register.

9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, artwork and layout, belongs to us or our suppliers. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of their owners and are used to identify the products we supply.
10. Website use
You may not use this site to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of **[CONFIRM: Queensland]**, Australia, and you submit to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
