QR-03 without Electrical Data Connector

The QR‑03 collection comprises quick‑release steering wheel couplers without an electrical data connector, supplied as male and female halves in 3‑bolt configurations. Products include large‑diameter (big) male and female coupling halves, welded boss options and complete 3‑bolt coupling sets designed for mechanical detachment of steering wheels in motorsport and workshop applications. These items do not incorporate slip‑rings or integrated wiring for horn or button circuits.

Select couplers by matching the 3‑bolt bolt pattern, boss bore and overall diameter to your hub and wheel, and choose material/finish for corrosion and wear resistance. Because these units lack an electrical connector, plan separate wiring solutions for horn and controls. Fitment should follow manufacturer torque values and be carried out by competent personnel; inspect and retorque fasteners periodically as part of routine vehicle maintenance.
