Quick Exhaust (Dump) Valves

This collection contains quick exhaust (dump) valves and accessories for pneumatic systems used in motorsport, workshop and automotive applications. Components include inline quick‑release valves (eg. Quick Release Valve -06D), panel and manifold‑mounted dump valves (eg. Schnellablassventil Ro10), fittings, adapters and service spares. Valves rapidly vent actuator or cylinder exhaust to atmosphere to shorten stroke and cycle time.

Select valves by thread and port size, flow capacity, pressure and material compatibility; confirm thread standard (BSP, NPT or UNF) and port code (-06). Match valve flow to cylinder volume and operating pressure, use isolation valves for maintenance and fit compatible fittings with thread sealant. Follow mounting orientation, inspect seals and keep exhaust paths clear. Do not exceed the valve’s rated pressure or temperature.
