Looking after it
Keep threads and sealing surfaces clean and free of grit before assembly. Wipe down after use and store dry. Inspect fittings, hoses, seals and moving parts regularly for wear or damage, and replace anything showing it. Always tighten to the manufacturer's specification — over-tightening is the single most common cause of premature failure.

In-stock orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Anything ordered after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, goes out the next business day. If an item isn't in stock we'll be in touch with a realistic lead time rather than leave you guessing.
Delivery
We ship Australia-wide and freight larger or heavier items on the most sensible carrier for the job. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 1–3 business days; regional and remote areas take longer. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Description
The Typhoon V10 600mm pneumatic air fan is a robust air fan for use in underground coal mines, hard rock mines and construction sites. The fan can be used for ventilation purposes to either draw polluted air or gases away from an area or to ventilate with clean air.
The outer housing is constructed from 250 grade steel. The guards and housing of the air motor are of a steel construction. The nine blade impeller is made from Anti Static Glass Reinforced Polyamide (PAGAS) material which is suitable for explosive environments.
The fan can be used as a stand alone unit or with ducting fitted over the outer housing. Four hanging points are provided so that the fan can easily be mounted with chain or straps from a roof.
The air inlet is a standard 2" minsup snap coupling style. The air stream requires light lubrication as detailed on the specifications layout page.
The fan comes standard with a motor silencer box and earth cable.
